Payback Logotype

Introductory Email

Whenever you’re ready to start your journey with Payback, we’ll be here to help you out. The introductory email is your first step towards recovering your money, and we're here to guide you every step of the way.

Your dedicated Payback representative will reach out with a personal email, suggesting some convenient times for us to chat. We'll work around your schedule and aim for an audio call via Google Meet, but a simple phone call works too, whatever you feel most comfortable with. This is where we really dive in and get to know each other.

Before we meet, we'll send you a brief overview of what we'll be discussing. If you have some extra time, it would be great for both us and your case if you could share any relevant documents with us beforehand. This helps us hit the ground running and get your case moving faster.

We believe in open communication and collaboration, so you should always feel free to ask any questions or share any concerns you have. This first email and the introductory meeting are just the beginning of our partnership, and we're committed to making this process as smooth and successful as possible.
